An Irish Family Vacation, Part 2

Our Ireland family vacation continued with a ride from Adare to Dingle, which was a certified adventure, driving down curvy, rugged roads past sheep and cows. Dingle neighbors the Ring of Kerry, where we were heading next to stay with friends. We were driving to the west coast of Ireland, and I had no idea that I was about to experience such raw, rugged beauty. I've written about St. Jude Children's Research Hospital on this blog several times.  Here and here and here and here and here.  Over the last two years, I have come face to face with the team at St. Jude after having run a viable campaign that I spearheaded for an old client, Ruckus Media Group, raising a significant amount of money to help the children of St. Jude using social media and creative merchandising. This is the Year I Stop Procrastinating.

You may (or not!) have been wondering about my whereabouts these last few weeks as it's been rather quiet here.  I've been on a family trip to Ireland and England, where we spent time with close family and friends. Disconnected (And Feeling More Connected) in 5774

I've been quiet here lately, posting the odd theater ticket giveaway or twitter update.  There are several reasons for this but the main one being that I've been traveling with my family in the country where my husband was born.  All of my children's first cousins are here in England and we've been visiting their uncles, aunts and grandmother.
