My kids loved Hershey too! I had lived near there for several years when I lived in the States. So it was great returning last year with the family in tow!

What a jam packed weekend!! We were in Hershey in December and it was a little colder in the theme park then but we still enjoyed our stay in the sweetest place on Earth. We stayed at the Hershey Lodge as an alternative to Hotel Hershey and found it very family friendly. My favorite activity was the Chocolate Tasting at The Hershey Story.

We visited Hershey a few years ago but only spent a day–definitely not enough time. We had a lot of fun at Hershey’s Chocolate World, and the street lights shaped like Hershey’s Kisses are adorable!

We love Hershey Park and Chocolate World and go for a day trip at least once every summer. We’ve stayed at the Hershey Lodge years ago and had dinner at the Hotel Hershey (I still remember the chocolate butter). Sounds like you had a fun trip.

This sounds like a lot of fun! My daughter would love (love!) to visit Hershey’s Chocolate World but my son can’t stand chocolate (what 7.5-year-old doesn’t like chocolate?!). It sounds like there is plenty of other things to do though so I might be able to convince him! 🙂

Great post. I live just two hours away from Hershey and have only done Hershey Park and the Chocolate Factory tour. It’s so great to hear about the other things to do in Hershey. Time for me to plan a trip!

Several years ago we were in the Hershey area, but chose to skip the Hershey Park, because I don’t like rides, and our younger one was too young for that anyway. But we did go to the Echo Taverns and the Hershey’s Chocolate World, of course, and everyone like that. I bought at the Chocolate World a lot of chocolate that you can’t find regularly at the store 🙂 Sounds like you had a great time! Thanks for sharing your experience.
