I'm traveling again! After spending several months recovering from a near fatal accident, it feels so good to get out and do what I love. My family and I are on a bit of an explore through Texas. We started in San Antonio, made our way to Austin and are now in Houston. From here we are going cruising in the Western Caribbean. We recently spent the most unexpected, loveliest weekend in Stowe, Vermont. The seven + hour journey took us a long time to get there (it was a busy Friday summer afternoon coming from NY, to be expected), but it was completely worthwhile. A Family Stay at Ritz Carlton Philadelphia Offers Historic Elegance

I recently spent a long weekend at Ritz Carlton Philadelphia with the kids. We jumped in the car, drove the few short hours to the City of Brotherly Love and landed at this historical yet extremely cozy hotel. Located right by City Hall, Love Park and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, it's a reminder of a nation’s birth with its grand use of architecture. Sorry if I've been quiet here as of late. A Family Trip to Hershey, Pennsylvania

For years my daughter has been asking to go to Hershey, Pennsylvania. She had a feeling it was going to be a place out of heaven, with its Hershey theme park and chocolate-related activities. Hanging Out in Coney Island & Brighton Beach

Last week my family and I went for a day out at the shore in Coney Island and Brighton Beach. A long time favorite haunt of ours, I was eager for a dose of this very Southern part of Brooklyn. Edible Brooklyn: Pazzi Pasta in Carroll Gardens
