Coney Island Illuscination Family Four-Pack Giveaway

I don’t know about you but the thought of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum Baily Circus that I grew up with combined with the Coney Island experience sounds incredibly appealing, not only for my kids but for me. After all, it’s one of my favorite NYC getaways. I love walking on the boardwalk, munching on Russian food, visiting the NY Aquarium, going to the beach and I can’t wait to go to the new Luna Park this summer.

The new circus, Coney Island Illuscination, brought to you by Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, offers a fantasy-filled world where thrills, wonderment and magic intersect with all the outlandish fun of the circus. It runs June 17th-September 6th in an air-conditioned tent on Surf Avenue and 21st Street.

David DaVinci, who holds several world records, thrills audiences with eye-popping illusions and mind-blowing transformations, all mysteriously interwoven throughout the show. Circus goers’ eyes will be transfixed on the center of the ring as they witness international acts that astonish and amaze. These acts include, Viktoriya and Widny, the Empresses of the Air, who execute a never–before-seen extreme hair hang, the KungFu Kings who combine mixed martial arts with mind-boggling strength to twist solid metal poles around their bodies and dive through hoops of razor-sharp sabers, blindfolded! Anton and Alex, The Barons of Balance, reveal amazing agility as they effortlessly leap from one thumb-thin low-wire to another. Flying high and flipping furiously on the teeterboard and the Russian bar are no other than the Salsations.

Iluscination is packed full of mesmerizing animals acts, including Brian McMillan who presents his pack of beautiful golden lionesses and one rare white lion. Most impressive of all is Ramon Esqueda and his majestic Asian Elephants who groove just a few feet away from audience members.

The action at Coney Island Illuscination begins 90 minutes before show time at the Animal Open House followed by the All Access Pre-show – free to all ticket holders, where you can meet Ringling Bros. performers and animals.
