I can’t say much about It Shoulda Been You right now as it’s in previews, but I can tell you a few things: It’s a wedding inspired show. It’s about a Jewish family. It’s pretty hilarious as the wedding doesn’t go quite according to plans. It’s directed by David Hyde Pierce and stars Tyne Daly,Harriet Harris, Sierra Boggess, David Burtka, Lisa Howard, Montego Glover, and Chip Zien.

wedding gone wrong story, at least for me, was when we were in the Dominican Republic and the lights went off. This is very common there, and no one knows how long it will take for the lights to come back.
There was no music, food was getting cold and a bit scary,if you ask me.
Wedding reception where they ran out of food!

I went to a wedding where a friend was performing a magic show for the bride and groom and I was laughing so hard I ended up getting sick all over. Talk about being embarrassed. They were good sports, but I was a hot mess.
You won! Congrats!
How about wedding gone right? I met my husband at one!
I went to a wedding where the priest messed up the groom’s name. Very awkward, but funny~!

Went to a wedding during the blackout of aug. 2012 very weird
A number of years ago my uncle was getting married
early on a Sunday morning at the catering hall. We arrived with the other guests and sat and sat and sat. They started the buffet service and we were like “huh? The wedding didn’t even start yet?”. Turns out the minister forgot to come! So we started drinking and eating and all of a sudden we were ushered into the chapel for the service drinks and plates of food in hand since the minister showed up and time was running out! It was crazy but they are still married to this day!
My wedding gone wrong story occurred when the bride at the altar said the name of a guy she had a longtime crush on instead of the groom’s name. Everyone in the audience, including the guy whose name she mistakenly said, gasped.
My favorite wedding that went bad is the play, Tony and Tina’s Wedding.
I love David Hyde Pierce and Tyne Daley. This looks like my kind of show. The funny wedding mishap story I remember is one in which I was a bridesmaid. A few minutes before we were supposed to line up the bride decided to touch up her make-up with loose beige powder. The powder ended up going on the front of her dress and all of us bridesmaids slinked away. The Mother of the Bride got a white towel and started beating on the dress until all the powder flew off the dress. The couple just celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary.
