When I invited my mom to attend a press viewing of the revival of Gigi on Broadway, she was ecstatic, claiming it's one of the most memorable shows she ever saw as a teenager in the 1950s. WICKED at The Westin New York at Times Square

This past weekend was a special one for my tween and I as we stayed over night in NYC in Times Square for the first time. Sure, we've stayed over night in the city before but not right in the heart of Broadway. And for two culture vultures, that meant everything. This morning I attended a very special press event honoring the upcoming KIDS’ NIGHT ON BROADWAY. Tickets are on sale for the public tomorrow, starting at 11:00am E.S.T. I can't believe I never saw Avenue Q until last week. It's celebrating its 11th anniversary! How can that be? I'm such a huge fan of one of its composers, Robert Lopez, that I have been clamoring to see it.
