We are big fans of the New York Theatre Ballet. Ever since my daughter started taking dance lessons, it has been a key part of our NYC experience every winter. They are about to conclude their family-friendly Once Upon a Ballet series with the audience favorite, James Sutton’s Sleeping Beauty on March 10 & 11. The hour-long production is the ideal introduction to ballet for children ages 3-8.
