I’ve been a bit quiet on the blog lately but I haven’t been quiet in the internet universe! I’ve been writing and I wanted to share a few of my recent clips.
– I interviewed author Jennifer Keishen Armstrong over on Bitch Flicks: Mary and Lou and Rhoda and Ted Examining Feminism in the Mary Tyler Show
– I also talked to her for a story on Women & Hollywood: How the Mary Tyler Moore Show Got Women’s Stories Just Right
- I wrote 12 Years a Slave over on BlogHer: Harsh Realities in ’12 Years a Slave‘
– I covered my recent trip to San Francisco over at This Girl Travels: A Tween Getaway in San Francisco
– I also wrote about that same trip over on Go Girlfriend: Mom & Daughter Explore San Francisco
- I talked about the Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in NYC over on Ciao Bambino
– I loved our trip to Iceland a few years ago and I recently wrote about it again on Family Vacation Critic: Travel to Iceland with Kids on Icelandair’s Stopover Program
– I also went day tripping on the Lower East Side and wrote about it on FVC: Exploring Jewish Life at the Turn of the Century on the Lower East Side
Lastly, don’t forget my new site, TheHollyChronicles.com. It’s a slightly different flavor from TheCultureMom.com and my recent post captured a very personal experience. You can find that post here.
Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!
